I'm currently waiting for my bag, which I ordered a week back, and there's been NO UPDATE. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, but no response yet, and I've already been billed for the items. Right now, I'm not feeling too great about this. Fingers crossed it gets better!

Initially, I faced some issues with the shipping going to the wrong person. However, after chatting with Ray a few times, I figured I’d give them another shot. They offered me a better discount, and I asked them to let me know when they got the purse I wanted so they could send it my way. Once they had the purse back, they shipped it to me, and I got it super fast. I really wish the first experience had been as smooth as the second, but the purse matched the description perfectly. I ended up sending it back because I overlooked that it didn’t come with a strap. Still, I’d consider buying from them again if the price is right.

I got this bag from a seller on Tradesy. I've always had great experiences with Tradesy, so I felt pretty confident about this buy. The bag showed up on time and matched the description perfectly. There were a few minor scuffs, but I managed to clean them off with a Clorox wipe. Now, the bag looks brand new. I’ll definitely be shopping with Jebwa again.

I recently picked up a purse from Poshmark that features designs by Jebwa. When it arrived, I found it was way too big for my liking. Unfortunately, Poshmark wouldn’t let me return it, which really bummed me out. So, I reached out to Jebwa, and they took care of the return super quickly. They didn’t grill me with questions or anything. I got credit and ended up choosing a much nicer bag instead. I’m really fond of this company and plan to keep shopping with Jebwa. Plus, I handled everything through texting, and they were lightning fast in their responses. They never made me feel awkward about sending the handbag back. You can shop with Jebwa without any worries.

I purchased a vintage LV handbag from Jebwa. Right after I placed my order, I got quick communication from a rep named Ray. He was amazing and guided me through the shipping process. I ordered the bag on Monday, September 21st, and it showed up today, Sunday, September 27th, thanks to DHL! I did have to cover some fees to DHL ($119) since the bag was shipped from the US to Canada. Super speedy delivery, I'm really impressed! The handbag is just as described and completely authentic. It even came with an authenticity card. The bag does have a bit of a musty smell, but hey, that’s pretty normal for vintage items. All in all, I’m really impressed with the customer service, the quick delivery, and the bag itself! I’d definitely recommend Jebwa and will for sure shop with them again! -Cindy Brown
